DROP OFF
Please potty your dog before it comes into the shop. Please arrive on time, anything more that 15 minutes late will have to reschedule. If you cannot make your appointment time, please let us know as soon as possible so we can fill your spot. If you “forget” your appointment you will have a no show fee at your next visit. We will do reminder calls when asked.
PICK UP
Please wait until we call you or give you a pick up time. When you show up early, your pet thinks it is time to leave and often makes finishing impossible. We do not have kennels to hold your pet so please pick them up shortly after we call you, anything
longer than a 1/2 hour will result in a babysitting fee.
THERE ARE ALWAYS EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULES!
